The coffee is washed through The Coffee Gardens project. Renowned importer Falcon Speciality sources the green coffee with full transparency and fair conditions for growers. The coffee grows at extreme elevations of up to 2,200 metres above sea level, giving the beans remarkable density and depth of flavour.
The resulting espresso has a full, clean body and pleasantly balanced acidity. It is a characterful modern espresso that tastes excellent on its own and in milk drinks.
