The coffee is the result of close cooperation between local smallholder farmers and the respected Cocatrel cooperative. Importer Falcon Speciality brings the green coffee to Europe and ensures full traceability through a unique electronic marker for every harvest. The cherries are carefully processed naturally and dried in special deep static boxes, giving the coffee a fruitier, cleaner character than is typical of everyday Brazilian coffees.

The resulting espresso has a full, velvety body, minimal bitterness, and a beautifully balanced profile. It is a modern yet highly approachable espresso that tastes excellent on its own and as a base for milk drinks.
