How the online shop works and meets the accessibility requirements of Czech Act No. 424/2023 Coll.

General service description
The site lets customers browse goods and their characteristics, check price and availability, manage a cart and account, enter delivery and billing details, place an order, and later manage orders, invoices, withdrawals and complaints.

How the service is accessible
Content and controls use semantic structure, text labels and alternative text. The core purchase journey supports keyboard operation, visible focus, text resizing and responsive display without requiring a particular screen orientation.
Forms have associated labels, errors are communicated in text, and status is not conveyed by colour alone. Identification, sign-in, purchasing and order management are designed to remain perceivable, operable, understandable and robust in common browsers and assistive technologies.
Using the service
The main navigation opens the shop, cart and account. Add a product from its detail page and adjust quantities in the cart. After signing in, enter the address, choose delivery and review the total price to complete checkout. Order status and documents are then available in the account.
We publish accessibility information about offered products when the manufacturer or another responsible economic operator supplies it.
